INGREDIENTS
- shredded cheese (any type)
- tortillas
- salsa (optional)
METHOD
- put the cheese on the tortilla
-put another tortilla on top
- then turn the oven on to LOW HEAT
- cook the questdia untill the other side goes brown
- then flip it
- cook the other side untill it goes brown
- then take it out of the pan
- if you like you can add salsa
NOW EAT IT!

Thanks for posting this recipe Gracey. Maybe you should change the word "oven" to burner or to heat. You CAN cook in the oven but then you would not need to turn it over.
