I found this recipe from this really useful website last year. The website is allrecipes.com, this site where you can find all sorts of really cool recipes. And the good thing is that you can see reviews of other people that used the same recipe. I use this recipe all the time!
Ingredients:
-2 cups of all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup of white sugar
-3 tablespoons of baking powder
-1/2 teaspoons of salt
-3/4 cup of milk
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
-1 egg
-3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method:
1. Heat oven to 205 degrees C. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy.)
3. Fill cups 2/3 full, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
I agree that allrecipes.com is an awesome web site and I faithfully read the comments before starting. Just last night I was making meat loaf and studied the prize winning recipes on allrecipes.com. I chose one but should have followed the suggestions more closely.
ReplyDeleteI like Karin's post because it is easy to follow the instructions, and it seems very, very yummy
