4 large chicken breasts
onion
celery
2 cups of cream of chicken soup
cheddar sharp cheeses
cashew-nuts (optional)
cheese cracker
HOW TO MAKE IT
Cook 4 large chicken breasts in onion celery.
Save stock and debone chicken.
In a large casserole, put 2 cups of cream of chicken soup and add about 2/3 cups of stock.
Add chicken, 8 oz pkg. (1 1/2 cups) of cooked elbow macaroni, 1 cup cheddar or sharp cheese , and 1/2 cups crushed roasted cashew-nuts.
Mix all together and then put some crushed cheese cracker on top.
Bake 350F for 30 min.
