Aisling's breakfast buritoes

Ingredients: Method:

1 Tortia, Step 1: Dyfrost 1 tortia.
1 Egg, Step 2: Crack egg into a bowl and whisk the egg.
1/4 Green pepper, Step 3: Turn on pan on medium heat.
1 Drop of tabasco, Step 4: Scramble egg until they look yellow and white all curled up.
1 sprinkle of cheese Step 5: Turn off pan.
Step 6: Chop 1/4 of a pepper into cubes.
Step 7: put egg and pepper into the tortia and roll it up.
Step 8: Add a drop of tabasco (optional)

  1. Ha, we are going to make these on March 17th for Green Eggs and Ham celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

    We will just add a bit of green food coloring to the eggs.
