hi this is hana! I make this with my grandma alot and I LOVE it!Try it!
Here are some of my FAVORITE muffins
Banana chocolate chip
Ingredients list:
1 medium egg.
1 ½ cups of flour.
¾ cup of milk.
¾ cup of chocolate chips.
½ cup of brown sugar.
½ cup of puréed banana.
¼ cup of vegetable oil.
3 teaspoons of baking powder.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg.
Instructions:
Blend all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins, about two-thirds full.
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for twenty minutes.
Peanut butter muffin
Ingredients list:
2 medium eggs, beaten.
2 cups of sifted flour.
1 cup of milk.
½ cup of peanut butter.
¼ cup of sugar.
2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
3 teaspoons of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking power and salt.
Add the peanut butter and mix throroughly.
Combine the eggs and milk, then pour into the mixture.
Add the butter and stir until mixture is moistened.
Fill greased muffin pans about two-thirds full and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
I am going to have my "big kids" make carrot muffins next week. We will make them very healthy with bran and other fruits and vegetables. I would like to try the peanut butter but we keep a "nut free" food lab, so I will try them at home.

I have never heard of peanut butter muffins before. I can't wait to try it out!
