Grilled Shitake Mushrooms With Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1. shitake mushrooms
2.mayonnaise
3.cheese
METHOD:
1. cut the stem of the shitake
2. add mayonnaise on the inside of the shitake
3. turn the shitake around and add the cheese
4. put the shitake in a grill for 5-10 minutes
READY TO EAT
