Anju's T.K.G( Tamagokakegohan)

T.K.G (Tamagokakegahan) is a Japanese food. Tamago means egg, kake (kakeru) means pour something, and gohan is rice. Usually, soy sauce is mixed to the egg and nothing else is added. But for Anju's T.K.G, sesame oil is added. It is going to be yummy is you put it!!

How to make T.K.G (Tamagokakegohan):

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
Rice ( Put it in the ochawan )
2 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare the ochawan with rice in it.
2. Crack an egg and put it in a separate bowl.
3. In the separate bowl, also put, soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Mix that well.
5. Pour it to the ochawan with rice as you eat it. As you eat, mix it.

  2. Thanks for posting this Anju. I am a fan of very soft cooked eggs so this would suit me, although I have never tried it.
