I am very excited that this year we will have a Home Economics blog page. I hope to add beautiful pictures of the foods we make in class each week. On Wednesday September 2 I demonstrated Blueberry Crumble for the grade 6. They all seemed to enjoy the "crumble" as well as the frozen blueberries as a snack.
